1. Your number of available free X Crate openings will be reduced immediately when you open an X Crate.
2. If the X Crate fails to open due to various reasons, the X Crate will not disappear from your inventory. You can choose to open an X Crate at any time in the game - click open and a screen will pop up to "Continue Trading." On this screen, select "Continue”.
3. Only when you click "Give Up" will you actually lose the X Crate.

Why was there no response when opening the X Crate?

1. First, verify that Metamask has added the xter.io network
2. Then, update Metamask to the most recent version
3. If the wallet connection is successful but there is still no response, you can try to delete the session link
4. Settings > Experimental > WalletConnect > Sessions > Tap and hold "DinoGame" > Click "End"
