1. Select your profile icon on the upper left corner of the screen.

2. Select the Gear icon on the upper right corner of the Profile page.

3. Select “Contact Support”

Describe your issue in detail, and the team will reply as soon as possible to assist you.

Once you've submitted your issue, we will promptly contact you to help resolve it. You can also reach out to us on Discord or via our official social media accounts. However, please remember that contacting our support team directly in-game is always the fastest way to get assistance.
