How to change your username?

Click on Profile, then the "edit" icon next to your current username. You can use a username change ticket or 400 diamonds to change your name.

How to change my account Password?

Go to Profile, click the "Gear" icon in the upper right corner, then select "Account" and "ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT". Alternatively, you can directly sign in to the Xterio platform at https://xter.io/ and navigate to the Security tab to click "Change" and update your password.

How to find my User ID

  1. Click on your profile icon located in the upper left corner of the main page.

  1. Your User ID can be found in the upper left corner of your Commander Profile. Additionally, you can click the adjacent button to copy your User ID.

Where to Find My Xterio ID on the Xterio Website?

  1. Visit the Xterio website at: **https://xter.io/**
  2. Login in with your account.
  3. To locate your Xterio ID, click on your profile icon situated in the upper right corner.
